Sprint Finish.
Client
Flutter
Background:
Sprint Finish is my experience, thoughts and learnings facilitating two design sprints back to back. Each project was time dependent with the added challenge of COVID — we had to find inventive ways to keep the sessions engaging and relevant .
Both sessions have had a profound effect on me — in terms of the benefits I’ve seen from a ways of working perspective and a model for a hybrid future.
Core Responsibilities:
Discovery: Deep dive into research, findings, data and competitor analysis
Lead on sprint session(s) and key POC for stakeholders
Journey maps / internal testing / divergent and convergent thinking
Bet Builder.
Overview: Create your own bet on a single match including different markets and it’s priced instantly
Problem to solve: Downward trend in Sky Bet being rated as being good for building bets
Opportunity: Increase loyalty to Sky Bet by having an industry leading bet building experience
Format: In-person
Super 6.
Overview: Challenge Jeff is an added bonus to the main game rather than a reason to visit the product.
Problem to solve: Improve customer retention, engagement and excitement. While users who are engaged in leagues stay around longer we see the ‘Fantasy effect’ whereby if you drop behind in a season you become disengaged with your leagues.
Opportunity: By developing the head to head proposition, we will give customers more reason to return and engage with the product improving weekly round retention.
Format: Remote

“I don’t think you could have done a better job orchestrating us through the process – especially given the added challenge of running it remotely – and with just the right balance of keeping it fun whilst getting the job done…”
